GREEN INITIATIVES & STANDARDS
Luxembourg Open Air is committed to contribute to a greener world by having introduced strict environmental policies and standards since its very beginning in 2019.
LOA Festival has a strict NO SINGLE-USE PLASTIC POLICY, with the sole exception of closed loop plastic products that are made from recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable through Valorlux.
All LOA partners, sponsors, clients and other stakeholders, such as food trucks, must adhere to this environmental policy. LOA Festival uses REUSABLE CUPS and we manage our waste as environmental-friendly as possible. Let’s enjoy great music and an amazing vibe at one of the most beautiful locations by taking care of the environment, too.

The Luxembourg Open Air festival (LOA) held a live-streamed performance with some of the country's top DJs on Sunday.
The festival, which began in 2019, was forced to postpone its 2020 edition due to the coronavirus pandemic. It will instead be held in April 2021, with tickets remaining valid.
On Sunday, the day on which the LOA would have taken place this year, a replacement concert was organised via livestream.
