LOA ESCH &
LOA BY POST LUXEMBOURG
GREEN INITIATIVES & STANDARDS
Luxembourg Open Air is committed to contribute to a greener world by having introduced strict environmental policies and standards since its very beginning in 2019.
LOA Festival has a strict NO SINGLE-USE PLASTIC POLICY, with the sole exception of closed loop plastic products that are made from recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable through Valorlux.
All LOA partners, sponsors, clients and other stakeholders, such as food trucks, must adhere to this environmental policy. LOA Festival uses REUSABLE CUPS and we manage our waste as environmental-friendly as possible. Let’s enjoy great music and an amazing vibe at one of the most beautiful locations by taking care of the environment, too.

How do I request a refund for the money that is on my bracelet?
How to request your refund:
Starting Monday 9th May, a refund link will be accessible on our website. All you need is your bracelet number which you can find on the back of your bracelet chip. There is no need to enter a PIN code - you are only required to upload a photo of your chip number (back side of the bracelet) to prove your ownership. We reckon some attendees were told to safeguard the PIN they received at the entrance, so for those only possessing the PIN but not the wristband, please enter your PIN in the wristband field.
Until when can I request a refund for the money that is on my bracelet?

Please note that all support messages that relate to questions not answered on our website or social media accounts are being treated as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding. More information coming soon.
What do the ticketing phases 1, 2 and 3 mean?
The ticketing phases 1, 2 and 3 simply mean that the price of the tickets increases the closer we come to the festival date. Once ticketing phase 1 is sold out, phase 2 starts and once phase 2 is sold out phase 3 starts. All LOA tickets have the exact same access, irrespective of whether you purchase them in phase 1, 2 or 3.

The Luxembourg Open Air festival (LOA) held a live-streamed performance with some of the country's top DJs on Sunday.
The festival, which began in 2019, was forced to postpone its 2020 edition due to the coronavirus pandemic. It will instead be held in April 2021, with tickets remaining valid.
On Sunday, the day on which the LOA would have taken place this year, a replacement concert was organised via livestream.
