The Italian duo VLTRA is composed of Riccardo Anzalone and Samuele A. Giambona; they begin their journey in music in 2012, influenced by the electronic culture of the period, they are initially inspired by leading artists of the moment such as Avicii, Hardwell, Tiesto and so on. They are later attracted by the sounds of underground music and especially the "Techno" scenario that in those years was expanding a lot in Palermo, the duo's city of origin. They then decide to undertake a path in underground music, detaching themselves, however, from the pure Techno sound, in fact they prefer "House" and "Tech-House" sounds.

Since the beginning of their underground project they see the support of renowned artists in the industry, their productions mix all their musical influences. They come to public attention in 2021 with "Zilla," a track released on Lee Foss' "Repopulate Mars" label in collaboration with Kyle Walker.
The track is an immediate success, soon reaching #3 on the Overall Beatport chart. At the same time they start performing in clubs, in 2022 Lee Foss himself calls them to play in Ibiza for his label's showcase. Also in 2022, they release "Bananza (Belly Dancer)," a single that reaches number one on Beatport's "Bass-House" chart. By now recognized by the underground scene, they produce "Flowcito" a track constantly supported by the Martinez Brothers that is released in 2023 as the first single ever on Loco Dice's new record label "Serán Bendecidos," a track that is remixed by Loco Dice himself and reaches #13 on Beatport's "Tech-House" chart.
 
In 2023  the collaboration with John Summit, "Legacy" was released on "Experts Only," the record label of the renowned American DJ/Producer, which in a short time reaches the top of the Beatport charts, ranking #1. In November 2023 they released "Funk Soul Brother" on AETERNA (Meduza's Label) which ranks #1 on the Hype Tech-House chart and in the TOP 10 of all genres on Beatport. In July 2023 they performed at Tomorrowland on the "Casa Corona" stage, in August of the same year they are called to play for the "elrow" festival held at the Rimini Beach Arena.
In October they performed with MEDUZA at "Studio 338" in London, 26th club in the world according to DJMag's ranking. On Jan. 1, 2024, they performed at Cocoricò in Rimini, considered one of the best Italian clubs.
