About Us:
Luxembourg Open Air is an electronic music festival which is held twice a year at the most unique places in Luxembourg. The seventh edition of the LOA festival will take place in May.

 

Job Description:
LOA is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Stage Hands to join our team for the build-up and breakdown of our upcoming festival. As a Stage Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks related to stage setup, equipment handling, and overall event production.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of stages, tents, and other event structures.

• Load and unload equipment, props, and materials.

• Safely transport and handle equipment throughout the festival site.

• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of lighting, sound, and other technical components.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event setup and breakdown is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Basic understanding of event production and technical equipment is a plus.
