Festival Stage Hands - Build Up and Breakdown Crew

About Us:
Luxembourg Open Air is an electronic music festival which is held twice a year at the most unique places in Luxembourg. The seventh edition of the LOA festival will take place in May.
Job Description:
LOA is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Stage Hands to join our team for the build-up and breakdown of our upcoming festival. As a Stage Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks related to stage setup, equipment handling, and overall event production.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and breakdown of stages, tents, and other event structures.

Load and unload equipment, props, and materials.

Safely transport and handle equipment throughout the festival site.

Assist with the assembly and disassembly of lighting, sound, and other technical components.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience in event setup and breakdown is preferred, but not mandatory.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Basic understanding of event production and technical equipment is a plus.
